There are only a handfull of wedding photographers in Albuquerque who are qualified to photograph a large wedding well. We are one of them.
As the studio owner and photographer of 15 years, I consider a large wedding one that has over seven bride's maids and over 275 guests. The amount of experience, split moment decision-making, group management, time management etc, is monumental. You will need an experienced professional.

A large wedding is extremely difficult to photograph. If your photographer doesn't require special arrangements, that should be your first red flag...

~ You must have a wedding planner or at least a "day of wedding planner"
~ Your ceremony must not start later than 3:00 p.m.
~ You must agree to the "2nd photographer fee" so coverage is adequate.
~ You must allow for a minimum of two full hours for family and wedding party photos after your ceremony.
~ A specific wedding day schedule must be agreed upon in advance with considerable input from us.
~ We must be at your rehearsal and you must agree to our "rehearsal coverage fee"
~ You must agree to meet with us the week prior to your wedding for us to review your wedding day schedule and place us in contact with your wedding planner for further coordination.
